Still craving massive rounds of junkfood, suggesting to me I must be out of balance. I am in controll and am much better. Its very god damn easy to diet with no junkfood, because I have a fall back method.
Later: Eggs, beans, long grain brown rice (short grain has higher glycemic index), rasins, cocoa powder, bananas, broccoli, califlower, spinach, tomatoe paste, and a sweet potatoe. Herbs: Cayenne pepper, garlic, parlsey, and sage.
