Cream of wheat and an apple for breakfast. Lunch was a turkey club sandwich. Dinner, I baked some sea trout to go with Steamed carrots, brussel's sprouts, and rice, along with some bread baked fresh in a bread machine.

Wish I could report here 24/7 on my junkfood free diet.  In truth I just started getting serious with that and its been 37 days.  Broccoli, spinach, zucchini, carrots, sweet potatoe, organic tomatoe paste, cage free eggs, soymilk, red quinoa (balanced amino acid profile like meat), 16 bean soup mix no seasoning.
