I made a sort of soul food for dinner. Smoked sausage, boiled in a large pan with cabbage and some onion, served with corn bread muffins. (I had to make cornbread after talking about it earlier. I put my muffin where my mouth is!) Buttery, baked apples, spiced with cinnamon and nutmeg, for dessert.Yummmm!

chocolate muffin, and 16oz cup of coffee

Lunch
Dark russett potato chips, roast been sandwich, 20 Oz. bottle of Coke

Dinner

Ham and provelone Italian Sandwich

No, it was a new flavor from Breyers called "Triple Chocolate" kind of like Neapolitan, but three kinds of chocolate instead, dark, regular and white.  It is very good, especially the dark chocolate.
