Yesterday

@ 11AM Breakfast burrito and Hashbrowns chased with a redeye (French Roast coffee fortified with two shots of espresso)

@ 3PM four jumbo blue cheese stuffed olives, picked with a habanero pepper for spiciness ( These are leftover from christmas)

@ 8:30PM Penne Rigate with red sauce, Italian bread w/olive oil

Today

Lemon cake chased w/ two 16oz cups of black coffee

snack of lemon pie, Little Debbie branded, 20Oz. bottle of coke

Lunch two slices of NYC style cheese pizza

Dinner will be Penne Rigate, red sauce and italian bread w/ olive oil.

A few slices of cold, buttered toast.

Ham on teacakes for lunch with a few grapes with plenty of water for lunch.

Quiche with baked potatoes and salad for dinner.

Corned beef on a teacake for supper.
