Well, shit! I haven't had anything since I got to work and one of the managers ( a woman - I can not help but love them all) had brought bagels. It was three AM.

I'm not hungry. I feel as if I must retain some degree of hunger to be at my best.


I need to be at my best, right now.


 So, nothinng at all. Tomorrow, maybe.

Pot roast with potatoes and carrots.  Sweet potato pie for dessert.  Dark chocolate and Hot Tamales, a kind of cinnamon candy.
