I am jonesin' for Tex-Mex food. I used one huge garlic bulb, an onions, two large tomatoes, four red ripe habaneros, a handful of cilantro, a whole lime, two cerrano peppers, a red ripe jalapeño and a sprig of absinthia. I ate the whole bowl, with my baked chicken dinner.
