two carrots, an apple and a piece of bread.  it's too hot, and i can't be arsed.

however, am planning a veritable feast very soon - just been to the organic shop, so poor, but loaded with goodies.  slurp, slurp.

Trifle is the breakfast of champion drunks. I heartily recommend it for the morning after the night before. :thumbup:

are you an 8am trifle veteran then?  :eyebrows: works for me. strawberry milkshake will work in a pinch, but half a dish of trifle is the ultimate post-skinful breakfast.

Where I grew up, menudo is the breakfast of crudos. Crudo is Tex-Mex (not proper Spanish) for a hangover.

I think I would prefer the trifle breakfast. Menudo doesn't cure anything.

and they've got it wrong on wiki: traditional trifle hasn't got jelly.  i know - shocking, isn't it?  but it's just fruit, alcohol, sponge and custard - there's not even obligatory cream!   :o

cos i need regular infusions of tea (earl grey), coffee and fags before i can possibly interact with anyone or anything.  including my reflection.  if i were pissed (and i have no tolerance to alcohol anymore), i might not be able to roll fags, and my life would be tormented and tortuous, and - naturally - i'd pass that on to the first living thing that got within my fallout zone.  i.e., Ulan Bator.
