one apple and a pear. Its 1:01 pm and that is all I ate all day. I look foward to the meal I cooked and worked so hard for. I got up at 6am and did a 45 minute high intensity aerobic session, and then started cooking. I have a chicken, cooked sweet potatoe, spinach, rice, 15 bean soup mix (no mix), tomatoe paste (I put that on the chicken), and broccoli. I don't have to cook or do much cleaning up tonight!
