I think the poor woman looks like she has a metabolic disorder like Cushing's Syndrome.  Note her moon face and truncal obesity with her relatively much smaller arms.

I like the way she refers to things in the singular sense.

"Chocolate chip cookie" & "Peanut butter cookie"  while there is a stack of them on her plate.
