What do yo see in photos just the object being photographed or everything else in it too.  I have this thing for looking at everything no matter how small analyzing it trying figure out what each thing is.  There are many thing a picture can tell you. Interests of the  person,  where they are geographically, habits, diet the more photos the more information.  Hope I am not creeping anyone out for me it's a puzzle to work on.  I am not a private type person and have posted many. Like this one what do you notice in the photo not really a personal one with me in it but of stuff in my outdoor work area. Like a where's Waldo or an I Spy book what do you see?

That's not Homer Simpson hiding in there is it?

I do the same thing. I have a tendency to take things out of a photo, because I am somewhat private.   :-[

Did you ever play the "parking lot game"? Where you sit in the parking lot or somewhere overlooking it and guess which car the next person coming into the lot is driving? Sometimes it's pretty easy to tell just by the way they dress or just how they carry themselves.

1. Patterns of sunlight and shade
2. The number and variety of objects
3. Bright colours: Pink spray can, Windex bottle, purple tin, yellow object at centre left.

 Yes it is Homer I found him the other day while looking through bulk pickup piles

The yellow object is a piece of OSB (think plywood)

Never had  a name for it but yes I still play the parking lot game

As far as taking things out that must be the reason behind the bathroom mirror photos people take no that much there. Can still tell how old the house is and general geography if you can see an outlet though

Yep, behind the drill press w/the alternator on it.

What's just below the white dolly? 2 small rims?

Stapler, JOB?

Maple tree?

On the big gallon can in the very back (blue), next to the flowerpot, timer?

In this case? A big man (long legs, but limited back) with a huge, drooping nose. Face turned to the ground, in utter disgust at what stands before him. He can only suffle along, sometimes reaching for the needle beside him. He doesn't have a face. He did, but it's now only a mask lying on the floor, a robot (which looks more like a toaster) has a saw and is trying to remove it from the surface of the earth.

That's what I say, usually I just see the whole picture.
