Muscle damage I think, something that is going to take a little physio to take. Problem is that it is time consuming.

Mine either. Paracetamol and sleeping in a dark room works best. I have thrown up from migraines before, so sometimes no medication will work. Since starting antiepileptic medication, I haven't had many migraines at all.
