I sold my Jordan rookies, those were worth over. $1k each at the time. I still have that entire Fleer set, sans the Jordan. Common cards can go for $25+ in that set since it was the first NBA set in several years and thus a lot of FCs and Rookies, plus limited quantities!

My best cards are all of my Boston teams, whether they are worth anything or not. I particularly like my Bird rookie and some of my older, rare Red Sox cards like Yaz and Williams. I stopped actively collecting in the mid-90s.

At their fans? Yes! Not so much the other team, except when the Yankees come to Fenway. Then all the gloves come off.

Presentation went shitty. They cut our times down, so I didn't get to include the music. I did get to explain to a lot of my branch why I am the weird guy in the dark corner with the hat and glasses. No maybe they will stop staring at me during meetings.

Yes! Because we are having a "team-building" off-site meeting and we each had to do a personal brief about ourselves. A lot of people are doing stuff about their faith. I knew this would happen and thought about doing a slide on anti-theism, but decided not to! I can only do so much to sabotage myself at this place.

I had to leave the rest of the morning session to cover a meeting on an Australian project, but when I returned I found my presentation was voted the third best out of over forty. I would have gotten first if they weren't rushing us and I could have had the music embedded.

It was really enlightening in the afternoon. As it turns out, the guy who tried get me fired after just over a year with the government who is now second in command in our division and the puppetmaster of the number one, is pretty much despised by everyone. I knew a lot of people had issues with him, because when my incident with him occured, quite a few secretly came to my side. But wow! Our main complaint as a branch was the dictatorship that has emerged from the division. I'd love to take him on, since everyone else is scared of him, but my history with him causes mt to lose credibility as it will seem like it is personal. After our incident, we both had to do professional counseling and were supposed to end up having a joint session, but he refused.
