I think that it might be a foot fetish if that was all he wanted to do all the time, but I don't think someone sucking a woman's toes has a foot fetish any more than someone sucking her nipples has a boob fetish.

No, I meant fetish in the true sense of the word.....as in he needs it to get hard or to get off.

I had someone suck on my toe once in the middle of the action and I immediately lost the zone I was in. Totally killed my drive. It's cool if other people are into it, no issue with that. But it's on my "do not do" list if I want to enjoy what's going on. ;)
