Revenge is really sweet and it can feel great to really hurt someone.    I don't think that I could get addicted to it, as I do have some remorse after the fact if the person is injured badly.   It is actually pretty difficult to get me angry enough to be violent.  When it happens, the type of violence that I usually prefer is planned and not just an immediate reaction to the situation.

You are quite lucky if this is the case. Some of us have fairly quick ignition rates, though, and go too far in the initial moments of the first reaction, well before we stop to think.

That does not mean that I can't plan something clever for later, but I usually end up having to watch my back for quite a while after an outburst of fury.

Ghandi: Live as if you were to die tomorrow. Learn as if you were to live forever.

The end result of life's daily pain and suffering, trials and failures, tears and laughter, readings and listenings is an accumulation of wisdom in its purest form.

Yeah. Thats my problem. I've realized that being really strong doesn't matter if you're all alone. People look up to the kind of person that does the right thing, and thats the man I want to be.

That statement right there proves you are not a monster. You are winning, don't let it trick you into thinking it's stronger than you.

wanting to be good is the way to start. now you just have to slow down and look at your actions and what causes you to behave in a way you see as not good. and think of different ways to react to things or do things.

You win this thread because that's most unsettling to even think about.

Maybe I think too deeply about things?
