Yeah, I believe there was. Can't remember the details though. There was some thread where people were being annoying and making as many nested quotes as they could and then it took down the database. I'm sure Callaway remembers the details.

Oh, I remember the nested quotes and the trouble they caused, but I can't recall that there was a banning threat. Makes sense, though--if someone is continuing a potentially harmful practise, what else could we do to stop it?
