I guess what I'm saying is that there's little point in trying to change now. We've all been there. We're now just being here. If it changes, then it changes.

I can enjoy this place without ambition.

I second that.  Places and things evolve over time.  It's the nature of the universe.  I stopped mourning about the way things were.  The only constant is change.
