Well, some of his rants are actually about stuff that later became reality. And the "trial" against himself was fixed, as far as we know in the club.

Yes, some of his rants did come true, but he had a lot of rants.  If someone makes enough predictions, I think that some of them are bound to come true.

I can't believe that the judge's wife displayed her private parts in court the way Dec said that she did, however.

He sounds like a paranoid schizophrenic to me.

Maybe because he was schizophrenic? The kangaroo court part is true, though, except the thing with the judge's wife showing her arsehole (at least I hope so).
