numpty is SUCH a great word. you could try "Abaddon", if you want another satan/lucifer/beelzebub reference. i know loads, by the way - my first novel is about angels, their hierarchy and all that sort of stuff (amongst other things).

Though dont believe in them or anything.
mine's a little bit less straightfoward than that, i bet you're shocked t ohear. my writing has been described as "magical weirdism". can't imagine why...it's very dark and somewhat outlandish at times, though, although not "fantasy" (nowhere near). a writer friend of mine describes it as a cross between joanne harris and angela carter. i was thrilled...
update:my wife is now refusing the name eamonn altogether.she says that the other kids will call him semen.so i ask, "what's wrong with being a sailor?"Boston Robert Trimmer is the most likely at this point.i told her i will call him Bert.
