What do you mean? Read Mein Kampf and you'll see that Hitler wanted no war with Britain or the USA. The tea-drinkers declared war on him when he tried to get back Danzig and German territories from Poland. What the hell did the Brits have to do in Central Europe at all? You don't even tolerate European involvment in South America since 1823. Then the USA supported the Brits, so Hitler just declared war before they did.
