hello friends and enemys the northern kingdoms have returned!

but only for today. first of all let me say i have found my problem and am currently adressing it, the problem is the internet! i can't get on it because i relive my past and it all goes to shit right there, the last month i havent been online i have never felt better, QUIT DRINKING, (i cant even think about alcohol without getting physically sick now) oh how special dont you know ;) and i am an overall nice person. my future plans are still unclear and i will probably live here for the rest of my life. i guess you could say i'm living the victorious life now, and damn does it feel good! so i'll browse the forums now untill my battery runs out and might see you in a few months after that :laugh: :)

thanks parts, first let me say what worked for me since im a private person i wasnt about to go to AA meetings. i didnt want 15 other people to know what botherd richard. i had a major problem with drinking for almost two years and these things worked for me

first i had to hit rock bottom, it sounds cliche but its the truth otherwise you'll never quit
second your willpower has to be stronger than your addiction
and third you have to love life more than whatever your addiction is

frankly when i got online i would go to message boards and identify with certain topics cauising me to relive my past, (wich is why im seriously limiting my online activity only to share the good news) and try to over correct by self medicating. thankfuly i caught that squirrly little bitch right there and now the terror in the nite cant have me, own me or make me its slave

its generally a wonderful feeling
