I think it's thermite on top of KClO4/Al flash. You can see all the sparks coming up before the explosion. They are available in Italy, Belgium, the Netherlands and maybe France, though they're just legal in Italy.

Yeah it looked like a bizarrely shaped gumball machine to me too.

I am curious about the need for four control buttons on such a gumball machine.

Being mostly male(-ish), I wonder why anyone would need anything besides ON or OFF.

They had toys like the one to the right, though they weren't bought that openly and you actually had to plug them in the wall, because they didn't have batteries in them...

They have found dildos of polished wood and ivory in what was once brothels in the Roman Empire. Nothing new under the sun etc... :-\

Yes the had them but they didn't look like gumball machines :laugh:    Plugging into the  wall well better make sure the cord is good first :o
