"My friend asked me if I wanted a frozen banana and I said no, but I wanted a regular banana later, so...yeah!" -Mitch Hedberg
On a traffic light, green means go and yellow means yield, but on a banana its just the opposite. Green means hold on, yellow means go ahead, and red means where the fuck did you get that banana at? -Mitch Hedberg
Frozen bananas dipped in chocolate. Mmmm
I like them in unsweetened cocoa powder. Its good alone, without the banana. I did get it right, melons are higher in potassium that banana, a kind of melon. The doctors didn't mention that to my mom, perhaps because the particular melon isn't as tasty as the banana. The melon has superoxide dismustate, an antioxidant enzyme, which is broken down in the stomach. It may however stimulate the body's natural production of this powerful antioxidant, like green and red tea. The opportunity for exploration brings open new doors, the person adjusting their tastebuds may find they like the melon more after awhile.
Pomegrante red tea taste good with cocoa powder, doesn't even need sugar, taste like a brownie coming out of the oven. Under certain conditions red tea has 50x the antioxidant capacity of green tea, this is the unfermented variety that typically is not available in the groccery store. The fermented one has its own benefits, like enzymes from the bacteria who fermented the leaves before it was dried. Red tea calmns the mind and increased elimination of waste. Its a natural source of alpha hydroxy acids which rip away dead skin cells, you would have to make a cream of some sorts with it. Unripe bananas probably would make you fart, and if you ate enough, diaherrea. It would take a dose of 20 or more grams or so of prebiotic found in unripe bananas.
