Identical twins getting their body parts amputated and attached to each other. I actually think it's quite fascinating. Especially the alien finger.

Wow. If I were a doctor interested in growing artificial organs, I'd be all over that. The guy's finger, the long one, actually has functional nerve endings.

That's one benefit of being an identical twin that I'd never thought of - you've got a perfect set of donor parts right there.
