I am suing Bodaccea for not knowing what defamation of character is. To be guilty of defamation of character, I would have to attack Bodaccea's character or reputation, and my attack would have to be false. Neither of those conditions is true. 
I am temporarily hijacking this thread and no one can stop me
When I was 13 years old, I called my Algebra teacher an asshole : ) I was suspended for three days, and thought that was that.
Actually, he sued me !!! For "Defamation of character"
I went to court, and everything that happened was gone over in great detail. I did not lie. He didit let me go to the bathroom so i called him an asshole.
After the case was heard the judge LAID INTO HIM :O:O:O
Said, you don't use teenagers for swearing at you, and i was already punished.
Calling someone an asshole is not defamation of character. It is an opinion. No one is ever going to actually belive he is a sphincter. Defamation of character is going around saying someone has AIDS , or that they are cheating on their wife - and also, if it is truth, it is ALSO not defamation of character.
Calling someone a name is not character assassination, just something 13 year olds do
So, the judge yelled at him, called him a "suer" and told him to go home because he was wasting his time
