I felt that way for about half a day, and then I checked out the results of some of the propositions. Arizona, Florida, and California banned gay marriage. Arkansas banned unmarried(Take a guess at who this was aimed at) couples from adopting. I mean seriously, like those children really wanted parents that badly. Still a bunch of hypocrites we are. ::sighs::

My biggest fear is that the centrist persona he ran with is a facade and the true horrors of socialism will come to the forefront of his early actions.

Amazing that we fought decades of cold war, then WON, only to elect one from the side we fought against.

Socialism as such doesn't work very well, in my experience. Mix it with capitalism and it's a different story.

It's time that someone *managed* that economy, ffs. Bush didn't.

We've been micromanaging the economy of this country since the fifties and Federally regulating many aspects of our industries since before that time.

An endless line of discussion on both sides of the issues is available to history buffs, some of which became law, due to Congress.

What I was trying to say is that we really don't know much about OBAMA Yes, I have only read one of his autobiographies, but how much beyond the scope of his two books is he hiding.

I was under the impression that Obama will pick a lot of experienced people to his administration.
