Kega Fusion BIOS problem

Heya. I'm hoping to play the US version of Shining Force CD I've bought from eBay about a month ago, which is why I downloaded Kega Fusion for that purpose.

I downloaded and unzipped the BIOS files, but the emulator doesn't seem to recognise them for some reason.

Any advice?
